My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location is great, right on the Magaluf strip and only a short walk to the beach, but it doesn't come without its noise disturbances. The service was disappointing and made the experience less enjoyable, especially with unhelpful staff. The rooms left much to be desired, and overall, I wouldn't recommend it due to a lack of proper cleanliness and comfort.
